User Ratings and Reviews

5 Stars Relax - it’s not some dread disease…
This book relieved my anxieties over what I thought was a failing memory. It explained the difference between memory lapses and those caused merely by distraction! It further taught me how to remedy my bad habits - the ones that were causing my perceived memory problems. What a relief - and what a great tool to help me sharpen my memory. I’d recommend this one - to anyone at any age.

5 Stars I was delighted…
to find out that my memory is still in tact and that my previous ‘lapses’ were not due to Alzhiermer’s, instead due to my pre-occupation with other things. This book helped me overcome this by teaching me a few, very valuable tricks to avoid being distracted when I’m doing something I need to remember later.
